Double-Sided Japanese Sharpening Stone – Coarse & Medium Grit
This double-sided sharpening stone combines a coarse surface for restoring dull edges and a medium surface for regular sharpening.
Using both sides allows sharpening from edge repair through final edge refinement on a single stone.
The 200 × 50 × 25 mm size provides a stable sharpening surface for kitchen knives and other cutting tools. Suitable for both Japanese and Western-style knives.
Before use, soak the stone in water for several minutes. During sharpening, add water as needed to keep the surface wet.
