MASAHIRO Western Style Double bevel Deba Knife 210mm (8 1/4") MBS-26 Stainless steel blade knife for meat

 

It is double bevel Deba, so it looks likeg Gyuto, but it is extra-thick blade to endure heavy duty usage, such as filleting fish, debone meat, cutting frozen food.
