Santoku Knife – Everyday All-Purpose Knife

Santoku knife is a versatile Japanese knife for daily cooking.
Perfect for vegetables, meat, fish, and fruits.

Ideal for:

  • Vegetables: cabbage, tomato, carrot, onion

  • Meat: chicken, pork, beef (thin slicing)

  • Fish: salmon, tuna

  • Fruits: apple, melon, banana

Note:
Not recommended for very hard foods or large fish.
