Sharpening for Professional Japanese Single or double Bevel Knife (up to 20 min.)
I basically use water sharpening machine, and rough and medium grit (#2000) sharpening stone to finish it.
***It should be charged extra cost over 20 min. work. If it is not big job such as set bevel or removing small chips or removing surface rust spots, etc., it should be done within 20 min.***
