Dick has, and it is more than thick enough to cut bones and frozen foods. In old days, lots of American and European knife makers made similar size cleavers, but nowadays, there are band saws and the other machines to cut bones in butcher companies and meat process companies, so it is very hard to see big cleaver like this anymore.
