Masahiro knives are made entirely in Seki City, Japan, using materials sourced only from within the country.

A traditional Japanese slicing knife designed for sashimi, sushi, and precise protein work.
The long, single-bevel blade allows for clean, uninterrupted pulls—essential for beautifully presented fish.
