The blade is forged blade that is core blue II steel and SUS-10 stainless cladding (Sanmai).

I made it as little round edge line.

The Mosaic brass pin is through the tang of the blade to make stronger bonding the blade and handle.

The spine thickness is approximately 1.2-1.5mm, so it is for slicing vegetables and soft ingredients, not for cutting bones.
