Vintage IWASAKI Tamahagane Kamisori 45mm Japanese Razor Mint in the box
It is handwriting but it says made in November 1963 on the back of the original wrapping paper.
It looks it might sharpen or used slightly, otherwise it looks Mint in the box to me.
It has still original paper package and wooden box.
The wooden box has description:

Japanese 600 yen is about US $4 now, so Made in 1963 should be correct.
