  • Steel: It is constructed on 3 layers, and the both outside materials are SUS-10 stainless, and the middle of core steel is VG-10 stainless steel.We have got it from Takefu Special Steel Co., Ltd. In Japan.

    It is not from China VG-10 steel.VG-10 steel is high carbon stainless steel made by Takefu Special Steel Co., Ltd.  It is known as high quality stainless steel for cutleries.VG-10 composition:

    C: 0.95-1.05% Si: 0.35% Mn: 0.3-0.5% P: 0.03% S: 0.03% Cr: 14.5-15.5% Mo: 0.8-1.2% V: 0.25-0.35 Ni: 0.25-0.35 Co: 1.3-1.8% Cu: 1.3-1.8%
